Lumy is perfection

I couldn't fault this dress. It was the most beautiful dress I tried on (even compared to the retail store dresses that cost 5K). It had every element I dreamed of and I wish I could wear it again!

I was SO nervous to custom order a wedding dress online (and from another country at that), but could not find anything even remotely close to what I wanted in stores. I am SO glad I took the risk. My wedding dress was everything I wanted and more; elegant, super sparkly, modern, and flowy! The customer service was the best I have ever had; very responsive, detailed oriented, and even sent photo/video updates of my dress being made. I was able to combine two dress designs on their website that I liked, as well as some other customizations (more coverage in the front/back, added lace and sparkle, Charlotte top with raised neckline and Lumi skirt) with no problem. The fit was perfect and it is absolutely stunning in person! Honestly, photos don’t do the dress justice- even though I had a fantastic photographer, it is difficult to capture the true essence of the dress in a photo. For how beautiful and detailed the dress was, the price was way cheaper than anything I would have found in the U.S. (and fit me beautifully).
Overall, I am so happy that I decided to take a chance and get the wedding dress I always wanted and dreamed of!
